In 2025 we will renovate our roofs and some windows as well as add more photovoltaic systems. In doing so, we are investing in the substance and sustainability of the Tabakfabrik Linz.

What happens when? What does that mean?

• We need scaffolding for the DAMES, CASABLANCA and FALK houses in order to renovate the roofs and windows and then install the photovoltaic systems.
• The CASABLANCA house is divided into several phases; as soon as a section is finished, the scaffolding “moves on”.
• We start in March with CASABLANCA/Staircase A, DAMES and FALK.
• The work will be completed in the CASABLANCA house/Staircase D.
