OWNERSHIP STRUCTURe

Tabakfabrik Linz Entwicklungs- und Betriebsgesellschaft mbH (translates roughly as “Linz Tobacco Factory Development and Operations, Ltd.”, abbreviated “TFL”) was founded in 2009. TFL is owned by the real estate companies Immobilien Linz GmbH & Co KG (translates roughly as “Linz Real Estate, limited commercial company with a private ltd.”; approx. 89,4418 %) and Immobilien Linz GmbH (translates roughly as “Linz Real Estate, Ltd.”; approx. 0,5117 %). The City of Linz owns the remaining 10,0465 %. Both the real estate companies Immobilien Linz GmbH & Co KG and Immobilien Linz GmbH are 100-percent owned by the City of Linz.

ORGANISATION STRUCTURE
