Immobilien Linz GmbH & Co KG and Tabakfabrik Linz launch an international landscape architecture competition. 
An innovative, three-stage process seeks visionary ideas to make the courtyard, Peter-Behrens-Platz (PBPneu), greener and more inviting, thus significantly improving the quality of life for Linz residents, visitors, and the Tabakfabrik community. 
The planned completion of the QUADRILL in spring 2026 facilitates the next phase of transformation for the creative and innovation hub Tabakfabrik Linz: its development into a district for work, living, and leisure time. 
Submissions for the first stage are open until December 15, 2025, and the winners will be announced in spring 2026.
