As an independent Think / Do-Tank, linzukunft engages in an innovative and long-term development of the central region of Upper Austria – with focus on Linz. Its vision is to transform Linz into one of the most attractive and innovative cities in Central Europe. In that sense, the initiative linzukunft is co-creating the metropolitan area of Linz constructively and in a liberal sense.

Every project is searching for new – and excessing the usage for the city – possibilites and know-how to enable the participation of the citizens in the creation of their town. linzukunft is convinced, that necessary social renewals can only happen by commitment and impulses from civil society itself. On behalf of this bid, the initiative runs projects independently and free-lanced.
